We’re looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing real estate team.

Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate Sales

Work Model: Hybrid

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives

What You’ll Do

- Handle and follow up with qualified real estate leads
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Coordinate and conduct site visits and client meetings
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers
- Negotiate and assist clients through the complete sales cycle
- Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into closures
- Coordinate with developers and channel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in real estate sales




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Positive knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate market
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp and client meetings
- Two-wheeler preferred
