Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Delhi, India.

The Commission Sales

Associate will identify and approach prospective customers, present products and services, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role includes maintaining regular contact with existing clients, following up on leads, and updating sales records and reports. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction, while continuously seeking new business opportunities in the local market.





The position is performance-driven, with earnings tied to successful sales outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.

- Basic proficiency in using email and common office software for reporting and client communication.

- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Delhi, India.

- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and engage in face-to-face customer interactions.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based setting.

- Prior experience in sales, retail, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is an advantage.
