Clinic Manager Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 2+ Years Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning. Handle appointments, patient flow, doctor schedules, calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. Lead and supervise front-office and clinic staff.
Drive sales, lead conversions, revenue, and monthly targets. Monitor clinic performance, collections, and patient satisfaction. Prepare regular reports and coordinate with management for business growth.
Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs and service standards.
Requirements : Graduate in any discipline.2+ years of experience in clinic/centre management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness. Solid experience in sales, lead conversion, revenue generation, and team handling. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/appointment management systems.
