Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event and brand solutions. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining project documentation, and supporting the planning and execution of events and exhibitions.

The Client Servicing

Executive will track project progress, address client queries,



and help resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction. The role also includes supporting account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and contributing to long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management to handle multiple projects, follow up on deliverables, and support ongoing client needs.
- Ability to create and deliver clear, compelling Presentations for pitches, proposals, and internal discussions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, production, and operations teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle tight timelines, event schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in events, exhibitions, marketing, or related industries is preferred.
- Comfort using office productivity tools and basic project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
