Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at QA & QC Learning is a full time remote role responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the organization’s long-term growth. The CEO will define and implement business plans, manage budgets, and guide the development of educational programs and services. This role includes leading and mentoring a distributed team, establishing key partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with learners, clients, and stakeholders.

The CEO will monitor performance metrics, streamline administrative processes,



and ensure high standards of customer service and organizational efficiency. The position also involves representing the organization publicly, promoting its mission, and making data-informed decisions to drive sustainable impact.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee day-to-day operations and organizational workflows.

- Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for learners, partners, and clients.

- Foundational Accounting skills to manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.

- Proven leadership experience in an executive or senior management role, ideally within education, training, or professional services.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and lead distributed teams.

- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a focus on measurable outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree is beneficial but not required.
