Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing all financial strategy and operations for Maya Pistola Agavepura. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the preparation of financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, managing risk and compliance, and optimizing capital structure and funding needs.

The CFO will collaborate closely with the executive team on pricing, expansion plans, cost management, and investment decisions,



while establishing robust internal controls and financial processes that align with the company’s growth objectives in the premium spirits sector.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and financial planning skills, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
- Proficiency in financial statements and financial reporting, with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity for internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, assess business performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury, and cash flow management within a growing or consumer-facing business.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and building scalable financial processes and controls.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent relevant degree.
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, or premium consumer brands is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate on-site in Current Delhi, collaborate across functions, and communicate financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
