nAs a Clinical AI Validator, you will ensure that AI-generated clinical reasoning is medically

naccurate, safe, and aligned with evidence-based guidelines. You will work closely with Product,

nAI, and Engineering teams to improve clinical quality at scale.

nClinical AI Validation Responsibilities

n• Validate AI-generated patient conversations and clinical recommendations.

n• Review diagnostic reasoning for accuracy and completeness.

n• Identify unsafe advice, missed diagnoses, and inappropriate recommendations.

n• Expand differential diagnoses.

n• Validate investigations, treatment plans, referrals, and escalation pathways.

n• Validate red flags and emergency triage.





n• Ensure alignment with clinical guidelines.

n• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.

nClinical Knowledge Development

n• Develop realistic clinical scenarios.
