Responsibilities
Collaborate with Solution ArchitectsFunctional consultants and gather the technical requirements for Windchill PLM developments
Configuring the Windchill system based on the specific requirements of the organization, such as creating and managing data models, workflows, access controls, and user roles
Developing custom functionalities, extensions, and integrations within the Windchill platform to meet the unique needs of the organization, this may involve writing custom code, scripts, or using Windchills APIs
Ability to create custom reports also SQL scripts and extract the data from the Windchill system
Identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, or system errors in the Windchill platform
Providing technical support to end-users and assisting in problem resolution
Creating technical documentation, including design specifications, API docs,



user guides to ensure proper understanding and usage of the Windchill system
Perform unitsmokefunctional testing, prepare test cases, and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders
Assisting in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities related to the Windchill platform.
Creation of deployment artifacts and work with Platform team for the implementation of the solution
Debugging the technical issues in the Windchill Production setting
