Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Windows Developer with 3–6 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting Windows-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#, Windows Server, and Windows Application Development , with good troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Windows-based applications using C#.
Develop and maintain Windows desktop applications and application components.
Work extensively with Windows Server settings , including application deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable C# code following development best practices.
Perform debugging, testing, performance tuning, and production support for Windows applications.
Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams to deliver application solutions.
Participate in application upgrades,



deployments, and maintenance activities.
Document technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Mandatory Skills
3–6 years of professional experience in Windows Development
Strong hands-on experience with C#
Strong experience in Windows Application Development
Solid experience working with Windows Servers
Good understanding of Windows application deployment and troubleshooting
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of software development lifecycle

Good to Have
.NET / .NET Core experience
Windows Services development
WPF / WinForms
PowerShell or Windows scripting
SQL Server
Git / version control
Experience supporting applications in production environments

Willingness to work from Bangalore
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Candidates should have solid hands-on development experience rather than only Windows administration/support experience.
