Role & responsibilities-:
Clearly analysis of client requirement and input received.

Taken the ownership the work carried by the self/next level subordinate.
Precisely verifying the deliverables in all respects.
Produces clash and design issue reports.
Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan.
Trains team staff when necessary
Willing to work as an Onsite Sr.BIM Architect with Client's project
Document control support
Coordinate with client if required

Preferred candidate profile-:
B.Arch./M. Arch or foreign equivalent in Architectural /Civil Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university
Prefer with 5+years of experience in BIM detailing work from preconstruction through hand off phase of commercial construction.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Architecture
Positive knowledge of Navisworks, Sketch up.
Excellent team-oriented and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively
