Job Title: Telecaller cum Back Office Executive

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC / month

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Call customers/clients to collect, verify, and follow up on required documentation.
Explain document checklists and guide clients through submission processes.
Assist clients with form filling, query resolution, and status updates over the phone.
Maintain, organize, and update client document records and status in MS Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with internal back-office teams to ensure fast processing and compliance.

Requirements
Education: or Any Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, documentation verification, or back-office roles (Freshers welcome).
Languages: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, robust attention to detail, and positive telephonic communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
