We are looking for a Wiring Harness Design Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in wiring harness design and development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Siemens NX, particularly in wiring harness routing, 3D routing, and harness design for automotive or engineering applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop wiring harnesses using Siemens NX.
Perform 3D wiring harness routing and ensure proper routing feasibility.
Create and modify harness layouts based on design requirements.
Check routing for clearance, bend radius,
packaging, and serviceability.
Work on harness routing through vehicle/product assemblies.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
Perform design changes and incorporate engineering change requests.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging, and Manufacturing.
Support design reviews, issue resolution, and design validation.
Ensure designs comply with applicable customer and engineering standards.
Prepare and maintain relevant design documentation.
