Qualifications
Undergraduate or Any Graduate
Freshers and Experienced candidates upto 3 years are eligible.

Key Responsibilities
Candidates with International & Domestic voice process experience are preferred.
Candidates with outbound calls & Collection experience for international client would be added advantage.
Compute complex information with positive analytical skills.
Ability in problem solving, positive listening and reasoning
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
Willing to work in permanent night shifts (US time zones).
