Position: Deputy Area Manager / Deputy Manager - Personal Loan.
Location: Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Somajiguda, Bengaluru, Residency Road.
Department: Personal Loan - Open Market.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive Personal Loan business through open-market acquisition.
Manage and develop a team of Sales Officers/Executives.
Generate leads through market visits.
Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and productivity targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and credit/process guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Loan/Consumer Finance/Sales.
Experience in open-market sales
Robust communication, sales, negotiation, and target-management skills.
CTC: As per Company standards and candidate experience.
