Career Counsellor – Study Abroad Experience: 1+ Year Domain: Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counselling Notice Period: Immediate Joiner – Maximum 15 Days ? Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant Experience: 1–6 Years Domain: EdTech / B2C Sales ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Counsel students/learners and understand their education and career goals.

- Recommend suitable courses, universities, programmes, and learning solutions.
- Handle leads through calls, walk-ins, emails, chats, and online interactions.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead engagement to enrolment.
- Conduct profile evaluations and provide personalised guidance.
- Handle follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and customer queries.




- Guide study abroad students with admissions, SOP/LORs, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Maintain CRM records and effectively manage leads.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective learners.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets. ✅ REQUIREMENTS • Relevant experience in study abroad counselling / overseas education / edtech / B2C sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-orientated with a strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM and dialler systems.
- Experience in EdTech, education, BFSI, telecom, e-commerce, or overseas education is preferred.
