Job Summary The Catalogue Executive is responsible for managing the organization's product catalogue across all categories, ensuring every product is accurately represented in catalogues, quotation tools, and internal systems. The role focuses on catalogue accuracy, product data management, new product launches, SKU management, pricing updates, and supporting seamless collaboration between Category, Procurement, Design, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams. The objective is to maintain ascalable, standardized, and error-free catalogue that enables excellent customer experience and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Catalogue Management:

- Manage and maintain the master product catalogue, ensuring all product information is accurate, standardized, and up to date across all cities and platforms.
- Create, modify, and archive product records, ensuring discontinued products are removed and new products are added as per approved timelines.
- Maintain a consistent category hierarchy, product groupings, and catalogue version control.

2. Product Data Management:

- Ensure complete and accurate product information, including specifications, dimensions, finishes, materials, warranties, images, and descriptions.
- Validate product data received from vendors and internal stakeholders before publishing it in the catalogue
- Maintain data consistency across catalogues, quotation tools, and other business systems.

3. Pricing Management:

- Update product pricing, discounts, and commercial information based on approved price revisions from the Category and Procurement teams.
- Verify pricing accuracy before releasing updates to ensure error-free quotations and customer proposals.
- Maintain historical pricing records and support periodic price revisions.

4. Product Launch Management:





- Coordinate the end-to end catalogue readiness for recent product launches, ensuring all product information, images, pricing, and documentation are available.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products are launched within committed timelines.
- Support the preparation of product launch materials, catalogues, and internal communication.

5. SKU Management:

- Create and maintain unique SKU codes for all products while ensuring there are no duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Update SKU mappings whenever products are modified, discontinued, or introduced.
- Maintain the master SKU database to support inventory, quotation, and reporting systems.

6. Quote Builder & System Management:

- Coordinate with the Tech team to upload new products, pricing updates, and configuration changes into the Quote Builder and related systems.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate data accuracy before system releases.
- Report and follow up on system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

7. Vendor Coordination:

- Liaise with vendors to collect product catalogues, images, specifications, pricing, warranty information, and other required documentation.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely submission of updated product information.
- Maintain organized records of all vendor documents and communications.

8. Documentation Management:

- Maintain and regularly update product rate cards, technical specifications, installation guidelines, comparison sheets, and other catalogue-related documents.




- Ensure all documentation follows company standards and version control practices.
- Support the preparation of internal reference documents for Sales, Design, and Operations teams.

9. Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Collaborate closely with Category, Procurement, Partners to ensure seamless catalogue updates.
- Communicate product changes, launches, and pricing revisions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving catalogue quality and business efficiency.

10. Catalogue Quality Control:

- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of product information, pricing, images, specifications, and category mappings.
- Identify and resolve catalogue discrepancies before they impact customer quotations or project execution.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance catalogue accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Management or Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the Interior Industry is an added advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Catalogue Management, Product Management, Procurement Coordination, or Data Management.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Data Validation
- Basic ERP/CRM understanding
- Version Control Behavioural Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to work
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
