Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to handle prospective property buyers, qualify leads, explain residential and commercial property opportunities, and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, preferred location, configuration, and budget.
- Explain relevant residential and commercial projects clearly and professionally.
- Qualify interested prospects and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Update lead status, call remarks, follow-up dates, and customer requirements in CRM.
- Re-engage old and inactive leads.
- Coordinate with sales executives for scheduled site visits and customer meetings.
- Work toward daily calling, qualified-lead, site-visit, and conversion targets.




- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is essential; working English is preferred.
- Basic understanding of real estate sales or telesales is an advantage.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in real estate telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, property portals, lead qualification, or customer follow-up will be preferred.
