nWe’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to lead, mentor, and elevate our team of IT Consultants as they deliver high-impact digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.

nWhat You’ll Do:

nPeople Leadership: Coach, mentor, and line-manage a practice of cross-functional IT consultants (Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Specialists).

nOnboarding: Conduct the orientation from CDM perspective to motivate the consultants on day 1 of their journey with us.

nTraining & evaluation: Overseeing & evaluating the consultants performance during the technical trainings & interviews with the clients.

nNegotiations on the consultants contracts getting renewed after the performance appraisals & retention of the consultants.

nCapability & Upskilling: Build structured career pathways, training frameworks, and certification tracks to keep our teams ahead of market trends.

nUtilization & Bench Strategy:



Partner with client account leads and resource management to align consultant skill sets with high-value project pipelines.

nQuality & Delivery Oversight: Conduct regular performance appraisals, ensure consultant well-being on client sites, and uphold top-tier delivery standards.

nWhat We’re Looking For:

nMinimum 8+ years in a line management, practice lead, or consultant development role within an IT consultancy or qualified services firm. Overall experience should be more than 8 years.

nStrong background in technology (Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, or DevOps) with the ability to speak the language of senior engineers.

nProven track record in talent retention, skill matrix mapping, and driving engagement across remote/hybrid client-facing teams.

nOversee the technical team's performance, guide them on their journey with us as their reporting manager.

nExcellent communication skills with strong leadership qualities.

nEducation:

n Bachelor's or Master's or MBA's with technical knowledge.
