Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Dayar’s portfolio of projects. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and project delivery.

Manager will track sales pipelines, meet revenue and growth targets, represent Dayar at industry events, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.





Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building within relevant industries.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and developing strategic growth plans.
- Ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases using standard office and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in construction, real estate development, or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Hyderabad and willingness to travel locally as needed.
