ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Business Development Executive - Service Sales who can bring recent IT service projects from global markets. The person should be able to handle clients and project opportunities while managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and demos to deal closure and long-term client relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Generate leads and bring new IT service projects from the US, India, and global markets.

- Identify project opportunities and related business requirements in global markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal technical team to share the right IT solutions.
- Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Track market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in IT services and digital solutions.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT services sales, project sales, or business development.

Experience in handling the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Knowledge of IT business trends, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS • Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud solutions, AI, software development, and enterprise solutions.

- Experience in IT projects, tenders, or public sector sales will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage entire sales cycle and achieve sales targets.
