About the Program: Freshskills is launching a 15-day “AI Productivity Challenge” (₹199) for final-year students across streams. This program teaches AI-powered workflows for product dev, project management, data analysis, and personal productivity (plus optional resume/placement prep add-ons).

We seek motivated final-year students to serve as Sales Interns (Campus Ambassadors), promoting the program on their campus and helping peers enroll. Successful interns receive training, incentives, and career support.

Responsibilities

Promotion & Lead Gen: Proactively create awareness of the AI Challenge. Use your campus networks (WhatsApp, social media, clubs) to share the program.

Example activities: post flyers (with permission), share on class WhatsApp groups, discuss in student communities, leverage personal networks.

Content Creation: Publish and share custom posts/stories/infographics about the program. We’ll provide marketing templates; adapt them for your campus.

Outreach: Reach out to classmates one-on-one. Send invites, emails or DMs with information and your referral code. Attend or organize info-sessions/virtual webinars about the challenge.

Lead Tracking: Capture interested students’ info (e.g. via sign-up form/referral link). Follow up to encourage enrollment.





Feedback Loop: Report student queries and feedback to Freshskills team. Help refine messaging.

Coordination: Work closely with Freshskills’ marketing team. Attend weekly calls, provide status updates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Enrollments: Primary KPI – number of paid sign-ups generated (target ≥10/month).

Revenue: Total program revenue generated via your referrals.

Engagement: Number of leads (students contacted, sessions held).

Incentives & Compensation.

Performance Bonuses: Top performers (≥20 enrollments/mo) can earn ₹10K–₹30K+/mo.

Placement Support: If you achieve >10 enrollments/month, Freshskills will provide 100% placement assistance: dedicated resume review, interview prep sessions, and introductions to hiring partners.

Certificate & LOR: You will receive an official certificate of internship upon completion. Top performers receive a personalized Letter of Recommendation.

Prizes & Recognition: We’ll run monthly leaderboards. Top ambassadors win prizes (e.g. gift vouchers, gadget accessories, event tickets) and feature in our social media.
