Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full time on-site in Bengaluru South, focusing on expanding partnerships and driving enrollments for Genz Educatewing’s educational and certificate programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective institutional and corporate partners, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting program offerings in a explicit, compelling manner. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing partners, supporting negotiation and closure of agreements,



and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align business opportunities with program design.

The associate will track leads and conversions, prepare regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and partner engagement. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build long-term professional relationships.
- Sales and business development capabilities, such as lead generation, pipeline management, and basic negotiation skills.
- Analytical and organizational skills to research markets, assess partnership opportunities, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for CRM, online meetings, and data tracking in an education or services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in education, EdTech, or service-based industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
