Role Description The Brand Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for shaping and executing Cityfurnish’s brand vision. This role includes developing brand strategies, overseeing brand positioning, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and customer touchpoints. The Brand Lead collaborates with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to plan campaigns, manage brand assets, and monitor brand performance.

Day-to-day activities involve analyzing market trends, guiding communication plans, leading brand initiatives, and supporting sales efforts with clear brand narratives.





The role also requires measuring brand impact and recommending improvements to strengthen Cityfurnish’s presence in the rental furniture and appliance market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to define, implement, and evolve the brand vision and positioning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Communication to create cohesive brand messaging and maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and related commercial understanding to align brand initiatives with revenue goals and support business growth.
- Experience in consumer or lifestyle brands, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or home furnishings, is beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in marketing tools and platforms are advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; leadership experience in brand-focused roles is an asset.
