Brand Ambassador – New Delhi

We're hiring a Brand Ambassador to join our marketing team, responsible for local marketing execution as we launch our consumer app.

The Role

Content creation

- Create marketing content (Reels, Shorts, interviews, and similar formats)
- Coordinate creator shoots and manage logistics for local activations

Outreach

- Build relationships with local creators, influencers, and community groups to plan collaborations
- Represent the company at events, activations, and community meetups
- Showcase products to potential customers to highlight features and benefits

Driving awareness

- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, from concept to on-ground delivery
- Report on campaign performance and share insights with the marketing team
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives, working independently within team goals

What you bring

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills,



with comfort creating or appearing in social media content
- Highly motivated, with strong enthusiasm for the work, and able to bring relevant experience, ideas, and initiative to the role
- Familiarity with campus, student, or early-career qualified networks, and an existing connection to creator or community networks (e.g., active on Instagram or YouTube), is a plus
- Experience in marketing, events, community management, content creation, or a related field is a plus
- Able to travel locally for events and meetings as needed

Compensation & Terms

- Paid contract role, duration: 3-6 months
- Compensation negotiated individually based on the candidate's experience, skills, and scope of contribution — discussed during the interview process
- Possibility of extension to long-term/full-time based on business needs
