NextagMedia is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager with strong experience in international CPS & CPL affiliate marketing to drive partner growth, campaign performance, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale international CPS & CPL campaigns across multiple GEOs.
Build and manage relationships with advertisers, affiliate networks, publishers, media buyers, and traffic partners.
Drive strong demand–supply interaction, matching advertiser requirements with the right traffic and affiliate partners.
Source, onboard, activate, and scale new affiliates and publishers.
Negotiate payouts, volumes, caps, and commercial terms.
Monitor campaign performance, traffic quality, conversions, revenue, and margins.
Identify new GEOs, verticals, campaigns, and growth prospects.
Work closely with and support an experienced affiliate team of 2–3+ years.
Maintain robust partner relationships and ensure long-term business growth.

Requirements




3+ years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with CPS & CPL campaigns.
Understanding of both demand-side and supply-side affiliate operations.
Experience working with international affiliates, networks, publishers, and advertisers.
Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Data-driven approach with a strong focus on revenue, ROI, and scalability.
Ability to independently identify opportunities and drive business growth.
