About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has solid communication skills, a passion for interior décor, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities




Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media
Guide customers in selecting wallpapers and wall murals based on their requirements
Share product information, quotations, and design recommendations
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Coordinate with the design and production team for custom orders
Maintain records of customer interactions and orders

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or interior décor preferred
Basic knowledge of wallpapers, wall murals, or home décor is a plus
Robust negotiation and follow-up skills
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting
