What We're Looking For
1–5 years of hands-on experience in media buying/performance marketing
Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Practical experience in App Arbitrage and/or Website Arbitrage
Ability to launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns
Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, ROI , and other performance metrics
Experience with campaign testing, audience targeting, creatives, bidding, and budget optimization
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make optimization decisions
Ability to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROI

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch,



and manage campaigns across Google and Meta
Monitor campaign performance and identify prospects for optimization
Test different audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies
Manage advertising budgets and maximize profitability
Scale successful campaigns across App and Website Arbitrage models
Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in paid advertising platforms
