About the role:

nWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Analyst - Regional Head to join our team in real

nestate finance. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong

nrelationships with potential developers, and real estate finance consultants, and helping structure transactions.

nYou will work closely with various stakeholders to negotiate terms, ensure all agreements comply with financial

nregulations, and manage the sales pipeline to meet our revenue goals.

nKey Responsibilities:

n❖ Lead Generation and Prospecting: Originate & source potential leads in MMR region and Pune who need

nreal estate financing directly or indirectly.

n❖ Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid connections with Developers, Financial

nIntermediaries, Investment Bankers & CA’s.

n❖ Deal Structuring: Assess project viability and create financing solutions.

n❖ Negotiation: Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules with borrower.

n❖ Deal Execution Exposure: Ability in handling, originating and funding 20 – 25 transaction in a year,

nensuring smooth execution and understanding of end-to-end process.

n❖ Portfolio Management: Monitor loan portfolios, assess risks, and manage client relationships to maintain





nbusiness.

n❖ Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models for real estate projects, including pro

nforma statements and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, to assess investment viability, optimize

nfinancing structures, and support strategic decision-making in business development.

n❖ Feasibility Report: Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports by analysing market trends, financial

nprojections, and project risks to assess the viability of real estate investments and support strategic business

ndecisions.

n❖ Team Management and Experience: Experience in setting individual and team KPIs, monitoring

nperformance, and driving accountability.

nEducation and Experience:
