We're looking for someone who already writes for an audience and knows what lands. The core of this job is LinkedIn: ghostwriting for the founders, consistently, in their voice. From there it extends to email, the website, and how we talk about what we sell.

If you've built a following writing for someone else — or for yourself — that's the experience we're weighting most.

What you'd own

LinkedIn, first and foremost

- Ghostwriting for the founders. Their voice, their opinions, their stories — not a house tone
- Working out what actually gets read in our category, and doing more of it
- Building a rhythm we can sustain, given the founders have very little time to give you

Email

- Cold email copy for the services business, written with our GTM engineer who owns the infrastructure and the campaigns
- Product emails for Muntin — onboarding, trial nudges, launch announcements

Everything else we say

- Landing pages, comparison pages, case studies from delivered projects
- Positioning: the offer angles, the objections, what we say to whom
- Keeping the two brands separate.



They sell to very different people at very different prices

What we're looking for

- You've written for an audience and watched the numbers. Posts, newsletters, articles, anything — what matters is that you saw what worked and adjusted
- Ghostwriting experience, or a clear sense of how you'd get inside someone else's voice
- You write for US readers and it sounds like it
- Some B2B or tech exposure. Any SaaS category is fine; you don't need to have written about software development specifically
- Opinions about the work. We want someone who'll tell us the offer is the problem, not the subject line
- Comfortable with AI-assisted drafting, and transparent about where you don't use it

Nice to have

- You've written cold email that was actually sent, and saw the reply data
- You've grown a LinkedIn account — yours or a client's — from a standing start
- Product marketing for a low-price, self-serve product and high price service as well.
