The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, mentoring students, developing academic content, and integrating practical industry knowledge into the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities Teaching & Academic Delivery - Deliver engaging and industry-oriented lectures on Sales & Distribution and SAP SD.

- Develop lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments and assessments.
- Use practical examples, business cases, simulations and experiential learning methodologies.
- Ensure effective delivery of the prescribed curriculum within academic timelines.
- Continuously update subject knowledge based on industry trends and developments.

Student

Mentoring - Mentor students on academic and career-related matters.

- Guide students in projects, presentations, case studies and competitions.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students develop industry-relevant sales, distribution and SAP skills. Research & Academic Contribution - Contribute to research activities, publications,



conferences and academic initiatives.
- Encourage research-oriented learning among students.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic content development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars and institutional initiatives.
