Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based at Dr Tarun’s Dental in Baleshwar. The Assistant will support the dentist and clinical team by preparing treatment rooms, organizing instruments and materials, and helping ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day. Daily responsibilities may include welcoming patients, updating basic information, assisting during procedures as directed, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the clinic.

The role also involves scheduling appointments, managing simple administrative tasks, and coordinating with other staff to support efficient operations.



The Assistant is expected to follow all safety and infection control guidelines and contribute to a respectful, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to assist with basic clinical tasks, including preparing treatment rooms and organizing dental instruments under supervision.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control procedures in a healthcare setting.
- Clear and courteous communication skills for interacting with patients and team members.
- Basic administrative skills, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, follow instructions accurately, and manage time effectively in a busy clinic.
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage but not always required.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to clinic protocols, and participate in any required on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional dental or healthcare assistant training is a plus.
