Key Responsibilities:
Conduct welcome calls for newly paid users, clearly explaining the services included in their plan and helping them book their first consultation with a care expert or dietitian.
Handle daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of user journeys and service coordination.
Manage interactive user groups and communities by responding to queries, ensuring engagement, and providing timely information or support.
Take ownership of basic escalation calls, offering empathetic support and quick resolution or routing to relevant teams.
Lead and manage the Feedback & Testimonial project — from collecting user experiences to working on strategies that boost feedback collection and visibility.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting
Robust verbal and written communication skills




Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
A user-first mindset with robust problem-solving skills
Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or operations will be preferred
