Akalp Techno Media Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Handle daily HR operations, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Manage onboarding, employee coordination, and grievance handling.
Coordinate with management and team leads for smooth operations.
Handle office administration and workplace discipline.
Maintain HR reports, trackers, and performance records.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in HR.
Robust hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR Operations is mandatory.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
