Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards at all times.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and service requests.
Handle guest feedback politely and professionally.
Follow company SOPs, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.




Support the team during peak operational hours.

Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced café and restaurant environment.
Basic knowledge of restaurant service and hygiene practices preferred.
