Primary Responsibilities
Consistently offer a qualified and friendly greeting, engaging service and warm welcome to all guest.
To ensure every guest is bid fond farewell when they depart.
To ensure all arrival reports are printed in advance before the meal periods and properly recorded for records.
Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS system
Understand the Server’s tasks in the outlet and perform other duties as assigned by leader.

People Management
You must have very positive communication and interpersonal skills.




As a Hostess in you will use your charm to carry out a natural conversation with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive.
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and productive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the food and services.
Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel, Hyderabad to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
