Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Manager / SoC Verification Manager to lead verification activities for complex SoC programs involving high-speed protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in verification methodologies along with proven leadership experience managing verification teams and driving project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage ASIC/SoC verification teams across multiple projects.
Define and execute verification strategies, plans, and methodologies.
Drive verification closure including functional coverage, code coverage, assertions, and regressions.
Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and system teams to ensure complete verification of SoC features.
Review verification settings, test plans, test cases, and coverage metrics.
Mentor and guide engineers on verification best practices and technical challenges.
Track project milestones, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables.
Interface with customers and stakeholders to provide technical updates and project status.





Required Technical Skills
Solid expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.
Hands-on experience in ASIC/SoC verification.
Extensive experience with high-speed protocols such as:
PCIe
USB
Ethernet
MIPI
DDR/LPDDR
CXL
UCIe
SerDes-based interfaces
Experience in developing verification environments, scoreboards, assertions, and coverage models.
Robust debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification tools.

Leadership Requirements
Proven experience leading verification teams.
Ability to drive project planning, execution, and delivery.
Robust stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
Experience mentoring and developing verification engineers.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with emulation, FPGA prototyping, or formal verification.
Exposure to low-power verification methodologies.
Understanding SoC architecture and subsystem integration.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
