Monitors vital signs and observes changes in the patient’s condition.
Provides wound care, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.
Assists patients with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities.
Educates patients and family members about medication, diet, and self-care.
Maintains proper infection-control and safety practices at home.
Keeps accurate records of patient care, medications, and progress.
Communicates with doctors and the healthcare team and reports any significant changes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
