We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead / Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a small engineering squad while driving architectural decisions and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture and development
Design scalable Python/Go microservices, React applications, REST APIs and PostgreSQL solutions
Drive AWS deployment, Docker, CI/CD, Kafka and real-time IoT integrations
Ensure security, high availability, observability and performance
Own complex production troubleshooting and technical decision-making
Conduct code reviews and drive delivery
Manage technical documentation and collaborate with Product, DevOps, Embedded and Engineering teams

Required qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.E.
10–15 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Python, Golang, React and AWS
Experience in leading engineering teams and mentoring developers
Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs and PostgreSQL
