Position: Purchase Executive – Real Estate

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities for real estate/construction projects.
Raise and process Material Indents, Purchase Orders (PO), GRNs and Purchase Bills through Farvision ERP.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.

Mandatory Requirements
Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP is compulsory.
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure procurement.
Valuable knowledge of construction materials and project procurement processes.




Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Experience

3+ years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably with a Real Estate Developer or Construction Company.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates currently working with Real Estate Developers / Builders / Construction Companies.
Candidates with robust Farvision ERP experience will be preferred.
Should be able to independently handle the complete procurement cycle.

Pay: ₹10,878.29 - ₹37,182.55 per month
