As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, ensuring that the final product meets the required standards and specifications. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management or Time and Labor, Rapid formulas, EL expression, HCM design studio, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL, Simplified template creation, HR Extracts
Must have 2 implementations Experience and Worked on Client facing role
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Fusion Security
Solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
Ability to analyze and optimize existing software solutions for performance.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
This position is based in Pune and 3 days WFO/week is mandatory.
A 15 years full time education is required."
