Oversee day-to-day site operations of all assigned projects and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Should have knowledge of civil work and up-to-date interior works, drawings, laminates, boards, ironmongery, etc.
Understand client requirements and coordinate between clients and internal departments.
Understand the technical requirements of the work and explain the same to others.
Provide positive direction to motivate the team and maintain quality performance.
Schedule projects according to completion dates and identify and overcome obstacles in advance.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project implementation and queries.
Should have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and management.
Minimum 3–4 site handling experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
