B. Tech/B.E in Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process inspection of fabricated parts as per drawing and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Perform inspection of sub-assemblies and final assemblies as per General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) and P&ID.;
Apply quality tools such as 7 QC tools, Why-Why analysis, and 8D for effective problem- solving.
Carry out final inspection and testing of systems in accordance with customer requirements.
Prepare and implement control plans and ensure adherence throughout the process.
Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections and tests conducted.
Assist in vendor assessment and vendor development in coordination with the purchase department.
Participate in and support implementation of 5S, KAIZEN,



and other continuous improvement activities.
Monitor and verify surface preparation, blasting, painting, and powder coating quality, and maintain DFT check records.
Conduct supplier inspections to verify capability and compliance with requirements.
Coordinate with Production and Design teams to resolve quality concerns during manufacturing and contribute to continual improvement.
