The Role

This position will be leading and managing the leasing team to maximise occupancy for the assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's commercial portfolio.
Securing current tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
Carrying out substantive business development work to secure recent tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget,



rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Job Requirements
At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in the same industry.
Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
Solid presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
