Job Responsibilities
Support the marketing team in generating B2B leads and recent business prospects.
Research potential customers in industries such as oil & gas, chemical, water treatment, power and heavy engineering.
Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Maintain and regularly update the customer and lead database.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding enquiries, quotations and requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Estimation and Technical teams for customer requirements.
Prepare and send company profiles, brochures, presentations and product/service information.
Assist in preparing quotations, enquiry reports and MIS reports.
Track enquiries from initial contact through quotation and order confirmation.




Arrange customer meetings and coordinate site visits / technical discussions.
Monitor competitors, market trends and potential projects.
Assist in maintaining Sunbeam's website and social-media/online presence.
Support participation in industrial exhibitions, customer meetings and marketing events.
Maintain records of customer communications, enquiries and follow-ups.
