A Residential Construction Site Engineer oversees daily in office operations to ensure building projects are executed safely, on schedule, and according to engineering designs and quality standards. They coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers—while managing material procurement, quality control inspections, and adherence to local building codes and safety regulations. Acting as the primary liaison between project managers, architects, and field staff, they resolve technical design discrepancies, monitor project progress against budgets and timelines, and maintain accurate documentation through daily activity logs and structural reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cheruthuruthy, Thrissur, Kerala
