Real Estate Telecaller – Job Description We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Telecaller to join our in-house sales team in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects. Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options. Schedule client meetings and site visits. Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets. Maintain good relationships with prospective clients. Requirements: 1–3 experience in real estate telecalling/presales preferred. Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi. Confident and target-oriented personality. Basic computer/CRM knowledge. Positive convincing and follow-up skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
