Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, controlling costs, and achieving operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise, guide, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Prepare staff duty rosters and coordinate daily manpower requirements.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and portion control.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for efficient service.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.




Conduct staff briefings and support training and development of team members.
Assist in achieving sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B; operation.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
Positive knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety.
Strong team-management and customer-service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and restaurant billing/POS systems is an advantage.
