Job Description

Position: Sales Assistant Manager
Location: Renault Showroom, Pondicherry

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily showroom enquiries, test drives, and vehicle bookings.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display arrangements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct sales team training and performance reviews.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in automobile sales.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
