Production Supervisor

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Manage workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.
Monitor product quality and reduce material wastage.
Ensure proper machine operation, maintenance, and workplace safety.
Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and material records.
Coordinate with the maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams.
Ensure timely production and smooth manufacturing operations.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or precast concrete industry.
Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and worker management.
Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to achieve production targets and maintain workplace discipline.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
