Position: HR Manager

Experience: 5+ years in HR

Location: Kollam, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
Manage recruitment activities and coordinate interviews and selections.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documentation.
Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
MBA/PG Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification.
3+ years of relevant HR experience.
Positive knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, PF/ESI, and payroll.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
Ability to handle HR operations independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
